twirl.at is a free service that shortens web addresses and lets you use it shortened links and services to retrieve the original web addresses. Using twirl for spamming, illegal purposes or other strange purposes is forbidden and any of such use will result in the twirl.at link being disabled. If involved in such behaviour, you will be reported to your ISP and other service providers and law agencies.
twirl.at must not be used for:
• unsolicited advertising (including but not limited to email, forum or blog posts and others)
• linking to any content, file or website that is illegal in your or other countries
• linking to any kind of pornography
• linking to anything which you might know is illegal or prohibited
• excessive (also: commercial) usage without notice
• linking to any harassing or national socialist content
We reserve all right to remove such or any links not endorsed by our terms of service or knowledge, or we think might collide with the usage of twirl.at and it's spirit. We might report misuse to the ISPs, police or other agencies including relevant information like IP addresses of the link creator. Users of twirl.at that do break those rules can be blocked from the service by us. Use twirl.at fair and with fun!
Responsibilities
The service is provided without any warranty of any kind! The twirl.at developers and none of the atomtigerzoo is or could be held responsible for a web address (URl) you could be redirected to, is shortened or used by or with this service. Please report abusive behaviour of any kind to abuse@twirl.at
Privacy
Your URLs shortened by twirl.at are not private and should not be treated as such! Someone could easily guess the twirl link that you have created and retrieve your web address. So you should not use the twirl.at services to link to sensitive, personal or secure data that noone else should see!
Any collected information from the visitor of this website and the user of the twirl.at services is not used for commerce nor other advertising or marketing purposes. Collected data like the users IP address and other technical data is only used for the sole purpose of identifying abuse of the service and tracking anonymous usage trends. Not any of this data is given to or made accessable to third parties.
